We've tried to answer some of your questions to help you make the most of your Wyngle experience.

Q: How do I get an item for one dollar?

A: Once you have selected the item you want, look at the Wyngle ratio which that product is listed for. If it is 1 in 3, that means that every third item will be charged $1. You will not know whether the next item to be ordered will be for $1, but if you order 3 you are guaranteed to get one for a dollar. If you order 4 items you will certainly get one for $1, but you may get two.

Q: How will I know if I have got an item for a dollar?

A: Once you have confirmed your payment, the system will process your order and work out whether you pay the advertised price or one dollar. You will also receive an email to confirm your order and your purchase price. Your credit/debit card will be charged in accordance with this receipt detailing the items purchased and price paid.

Q: How do I contact Wyngle?

Q: Does Wyngle offer Exchanges?

A: If you receive any goods which are the wrong size or not as described, you're entitled to exchange the item for an item of the same value from the same supplier. We care about our customers and will do what we can to ensure you're happy with your purchase at Wyngle. All products are shipped from our suppliers and all care is taken in ensuring that you receive top quality products and services from great Australian companies.

Q: Does Wyngle offer Refunds?

A: Due to the way Ratio Shopping works, once you click "confirm" on the payment confirmation page, you are making a 100% commitment to purchase the item/s for the full advertised price and your nominated credit card will be authorised for the full purchase amount. To prevent people trying to cheat the system, we are not able to offer any refunds on purchases made through Wyngle. If any goods are faulty or services are not able to be provided, then a refund will be available subject to the supplier's refund policy.

Q: What do I do if the goods supplied are faulty?

A: If the item has been supplied under warranty please refer to the warranty document. If there is no warranty contact the supplier and if you are not satisfied with the response please email Wyngle Customer Service at wyngle@wyngle.com.au

Q: What do I do if my order hasn't arrived?

Q: What happens if my Internet connection goes down while I am ordering?

A: If the order hasn't been received from our servers, then you may have to request your order again once you're back online. This is outside Wyngle's control.

Q: Is the site secure? Are my credit/debit card details safe?

A: Your information is encrypted and sent via a secure socket layer (SSL) connection and we use a 256-bit VeriSign digital certificate. All personal information is safe and secure and will only be used for your intended purpose.

Q: How is all this possible?

A: We use the margins which are available on products and services to create the ratio which allows us to give some of them away for $1. So we're essentially taking money from the normal price and passing it on to you, the loyal customer, in the form of the $1 incentive.

Q: Will using Wyngle make me cool?

A: In short, yes. You will be the envy of all your friends when you tell them about the amazing deals you snagged for yourself. Even if it doesn't make you cool, it will potentially make you a winner!
